Straight answers
What isn't included in the fixed prices?
Third-party costs: domain names, hosting, premium plugins or stock images. We recommend low-cost options and most small sites can host for free or under $10 a month. Copywriting and photography are also separate, though we can help structure your content.
How do payments work?
Health Checks are paid up front. Launch Page and Business Site are 50% to start and 50% on approval before launch. We accept card payments and bank transfer. Digital products are paid at checkout.
What if I need changes after 30 days?
Small edits are quoted per request, usually $15 to $50. If you'd rather not think about it, the monthly care plan covers routine changes.
Do you offer refunds?
If we haven't started work, yes, in full. Once work is under way we'll refund the unused part of the project if you decide to stop. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, but we'll help with any setup problem.
